Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Products must be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at hello@cheazindustries.com with your order number and details of the product’s condition.
Non-Returnable Items
